Service Description

For young kids 7-10 years old: In this class, your learner will have ongoing fun and interactive activities with seasonal games. For beginner, intermediate, or Advanced Spanish instruction with an emphasis on speaking, listening, grammar, and conversational Spanish through Hispanic Culture! Resources and materials are provided in our digital Google classroom, using all sources of technology, videos, and online documents for full interactive lessons. Our purpose is that our young learners will first explore, learn, and fall in love with the different aspects of the Hispanic culture, through art, music, food, movies, etc., and little by little incorporate the language into their daily lives. Kids 11-13 years old: From beginners to intermediate or advanced, the students explore the world of Spanish-speaking people by studying and comparing Hispanic cultures and communities. Students learn basic language patterns and conversational phrases and make relevant connections to their own culture. As beginning Spanish speakers, students will feel comfortable expressing themselves to others in everyday situations. They will learn basic vocabulary and be able to apply it in conversation while providing students with opportunities to use the language beyond the classroom. As the courses move forward, more grammar instruction and conversational skills are presented. We use Avancemos 1, 2, and 3 Textbooks. There are 2 options for the school-age program: PERSONALIZED: Open for kids starting from 8 years old and up. In my one-on-one online Spanish classes, students from beginners to advanced can get personalized attention from an experienced native Spanish tutor. After the evaluation, the instructor determines the level of language and specific student needs, after which develops an individual study plan for the student. Training usually consists of verbal exercises, written exercises, and conversation practice through a variety of seasonal games and activities. Price may vary: $35 per hour per student (Depending on level and purposes) SMALL GROUPS: Open for kids starting from 7 years old and up. Available only in groups of 2-5 students per course. A semi-personalized interactive and conversational environment with fun group activities.
