A conversational program designed for advanced Spanish speakers to strengthen fluency, confidence, professional vocabulary, and pragmatic communication skills in a fun and relaxed setting. Through engaging discussions on key business issues across various fields, you’ll practice your Spanish while connecting with other professionals. Together, we’ll explore real-life situations and share experiences to make learning both practical and meaningful. Modules/Topics* Customer Service: (4hours) Handling complaints politely Effective Communication / proper vocabulary Upselling and cross-selling Human Resources: (4hours) Explaining policies,Interview role-plays Giving feedback to employees Workplace conflict resolution Communications / PR / Marketing: (4hours) Writing a press release summary Brand storytelling in Spanish Managing a crisis communication scenario Sales: (4hours) Building rapport and trust with clients Presenting a product/service persuasively Negotiating terms and closing a deal Overcoming objections (phrases for polite but firm responses) Following up after a sale (professional email/phone language) Hospitality: (4hours) Welcoming guests and small talk Explaining policies, resolving misunderstandings Cultural differences in service Medical field: (4hours) Patient intake interview Explaining procedures simply Showing empathy in difficult conversations. *Each module is 4 hours per month (1 hour weekly). *New topics can be added upon request.
